recycled texture stamps
Show me a kid that doesn’t like to stamp and I will eat the stamp
These stamps are a wonderful way to make beautiful simple artworks and use the most basic household materials. Pretty much anything can be used to make a stamp so you shouldn’t need any shop bought materials except maybe the ink.
What you need:
- Ink Pad or paint
- Corks/ Bottle lids/Wood blocks
Ideas for textures:
- Pipe cleaners
- Elastic bands
- Sponge shapes
- Beads
- String
- Hot glue or PVA (craft glue)
Stick your textures to your bases using hot glue. Make sure the objects are all level so they stamp evenly. Craft glue will work here too but it will just need a few hours to dry.
